RADIO TRANSMITTER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H04B1/04 H03B1/00

Abstract RU 2671302 C1

FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio transmitters. Radio transmitter consists of an output bipolar transistor with a common base, loaded on the antenna system, and an oscillator on two bipolar transistors of the same structure. Collector of the output transistor is connected to the power bus through a resistor. Emitters of the transistors of the autogenerator are galvanically connected to each other and connected to a common bus through a resistor and grounded at a high frequency by a capacitor, connected to a source of a modulating signal through a resistor. Modulation is carried out in the oscillator by changing the capacitances of the transitions of the transistors of the oscillator.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to provide higher frequency stability and deviation at wider ranges of temperatures and variations in the supply voltage.
