SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used as a radio transmitter. Radio transmitter comprises a bipolar transistor, a voltage divider on resistors, self-contained generator, made on two bipolar transistors, high-frequency choke, parallel oscillatory circuit, four resistors, two capacitors, antenna system, wherein frequency modulation is performed by changing capacitances of junctions of bipolar transistors of self-contained generator.

EFFECT: technical result is higher frequency stability in different conditions of use in wider range of supply voltage.
