SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to method for producing a collagen-peptide complex from horns. Method for producing a collagen-peptide complex from horns, comprising separating the skin and hair from the horns and grinding the resulting raw material, extraction of raw materials with ethyl alcohol, acidified with acetic acid, upon heating, after the first extraction, a second extraction with ethyl alcohol is carried out, acidified with acetic acid, with heating, after each extraction, the resulting liquid is drained and cooled, cake washed after extraction is washed from alcohol residues and subjected to fermentation in an aqueous solution with papain, further inactivate the enzymes in the mixture, the resulting mixture is cooled, separated from the liquid hydrolyzate mixture by filtration and separation, extract and hydrolyzate obtained are mixed, evaporated, freeze-dried, and the resulting concentrate is ground into a finely divided powder under certain conditions.

EFFECT: above described method allows to carry out complex extraction of biologically active substances with high content of organic substances, especially collagen.
