FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of investigation of the physical, chemical and operational properties of concrete under conditions of exposure to a sample of liquid aggressive solutions. Method essence is that the movement of the liquid flow in the installation by gravity occurs along the horizontal surface of four identical samples, that allow to determine the depth of corrosion damage of concrete in four observation periods, in which the laminar flow ensures that the concentration of the aggressive solution is constant at the surface of the test samples, in addition, to maintain the surface area of the samples in contact with the aggressive solution over time, the aggressive solution acts on only one upper face of the samples, and the strength of concrete is judged with respect to the difference in the concentrations of the corrosive substance of the liquid medium entering and exiting the reaction vessel with the samples, to the amount of corrosive substance necessary to damage one unit of the surface area of the concrete.
EFFECT: it is possible to take the accelerated tests under conditions characteristic of structures along the surface of which there is a non-pressure or a gravity flow of aggressive fluid.
