FIELD: cooling.

SUBSTANCE: in the method for adjusting the cryogenic cooling apparatus comprises a plurality of liquefiers/refrigerators (L/R) arranged in parallel for cooling one device. Each refrigerator/liquefier contains a working gas circuit with at least one working gas flow control valve, which is pure helium gas. Each refrigerator/liquefier contains a compressor station, a cooling unit for the working gas leaving the compressor station, to a cryogenic temperature at least close to its liquefaction temperature. Working gas streams, cooled by the corresponding cooling unit, are mixed and then brought into heat exchange contact with the refrigerating unit indicating gauge. Method includes the step of simultaneously measuring the instantaneous value of the same operating parameter, namely the flow rate of the working gas in the return flow, the flow rate of the working gas in the output stream, the difference in the temperature of the working gas between the output flow and the return flow of the working gas. Both streams are in the cooling unit in the same temperature range. Apparatus performs real-time control of at least one working gas flow control valve of at least one refrigerator/liquefier, depending on the difference between the instantaneous parameter values and the dynamic average value to ensure the convergence of these instantaneous values of the operating parameter for different refrigerators/liquefiers to a given dynamic average value. Method is realized by a cryogenic cooling apparatus.

EFFECT: cooling efficiency of the device is realized.
