FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system for withdrawal of gas consists of compressor unit equipped with piston compressor, control block and drive of piston compressor coupled in various combinations with cut off section of gas line and operating gas line by means of gas supplying pipelines, of additional block for control of compressor unit operation modes and for control of various aggregates, notably, three-position valve, relief valves, additional source of low pressure compressed gas, source of inert gas, gas analyser, shut-off through valves and cut off valves, and converters of parameters of unit operation. The procedures of gas withdrawal consist in connecting the cut off section of gas line with the operating gas line and in pressurising gas from the cut off section of the gas line either directly via the piston compressor or connecting the additional source of compressed gas of low pressure with the operating gas line. Characteristics of compressor unit operation are preliminary calculated, and values of operation parameters and parameters of control over operation modes for gas withdrawal are specified. Parameters of control of the compressor unit are set. The working parametres are continuously recorded and controlled; at their change mode of compressor unit operation is controlled by specified algorithm. Prior to supply of gas into the operating gas line gas is cooled and condensed moisture is removed. Upon completion of gas withdrawal into the operating gas line from aggregates and pipelines of the system all left there gas is extracted; the compressor unit is used for pneumatic tests with air for pressure tightness of the cut off section of the pipeline.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of system for extracting gas from cut off section of pipeline into operating gas line.
