FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, specifically a heterocyclic compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, where R1 is lower alkyl or lower alkyl substituted with halogen; R2, R3 is hydrogen or tritium. Invention also relates to particular compounds, a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of formula I and use thereof, as well as to a method for imaging deposits of tau protein aggregates, based on the use of a compound of formula I.

EFFECT: technical result: obtaining novel heterocyclic compounds which can be used for binding and imaging of tau protein aggregates and associated beta-sheet aggregates, including, among others, beta-amyloid aggregates or alpha-synuclein aggregates.
