SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynaecology. This method for reducing blood loss during vaginal myomectomy includes anterior and posterior colpotomy. After the formation of an approach, the temporal occlusion of the uterine vessels is ensured by applying tonsillar dissection or direct hemostatic clamps onto the sacral-uterine ligaments and the left and right borders of the uterus, wherein on the jaws of the hemostats silicone tubes are preliminarily placed, their diameter corresponding to the thickness of the jaws of the hemostats.

EFFECT: method allows to avoid traumatization of blood vessels, to reduce blood loss and the period of patient's recovery.
