FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology. Changed myomatous assembly is gripped and its fibrous leg is intersected with scissors or thin electrocoagulator with subsequent suturing of myomatous bed. Wherein suturing is made with double-row suture of synthetic absorbable thread polyglycolide or polydioxanone 2-0, collagen hemostatic sponge is additionally applied and fixing to wall of uterus within myomatous bed with U-shaped suture.
EFFECT: method enables reducing length of surgical intervention, stabilizing hemoglobin level, providing reliable homeostasis in myomatous bed, preserving uterus neck length, eliminates isthmic cervical incompetence, reducing number of postoperative complications, associated with threatening miscarriage and threatening premature delivery.
