AUTOMATIC GAS DISTRIBUTION STATION (OPTIONS) Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F17D1/04

Abstract RU 2671554 C1

FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gas distribution systems that can be used in gas distribution stations for supplying gas to consumers. Automatic gas distribution station in the first version contains a high-pressure gas preparation module and a reduction module. Gas preparation module includes a gas switching unit for the main and backup high-pressure lines and the bypass by means of electrically driven shut-off and regulating valves and heat exchangers for heating the gas, latter are connected by lines of heated and cooled coolant with the main and backup heaters, combined inlet and outlet manifolds, and coolant supply pumps. Heaters are connected to the high pressure gas supply line with a line equipped with a device for measuring the flow rate of fuel gas. Main and backup high-pressure gas lines contain gas cleaning units equipped with a condensate recovery system, septic tanks of which are connected to the condensate discharge collector with lines equipped with electrically driven shut-off and control valves connected to the automatic control system. Collector is connected to the condensate recovery tank, which is equipped with a pressure sensor and an overpressure protection unit by discharge of gas to the candle. Reduction module includes working and backup lines connected to gas outlets from heat exchangers. Outputs of the reduction module threads are connected to a low gas pressure line, in which a protection node against gas overpressure is built in front of the bypass to a spark plug. Bypass includes a cleaning unit and a gas reducer and connects the switching unit with the threads of the gas metering module installed at the outlet of the low pressure line, behind which the odorization unit is connected, connected to the gas distribution unit to consumers. Headers of the flow lines of the heated and cooled coolant are connected to the main and standby coolant heaters by means of three-way electrically driven shut-off and distribution valves connected with the automatic control system. In the second version of the automatic gas distribution station, the preheated gas exit line from the heat exchangers and the line of entry into the working and back-up lines of the reduction module and redundant high-pressure lines are connected by three-way electrically-driven shut-off and distribution valves, connected by an outlet and an inlet with one high-pressure gas line.

EFFECT: increase in the level of automation and reliability of gas distribution stations.
