FIELD: gas distribution.
SUBSTANCE: automatic gas distribution station (hereinafter – AGDS), equipped with two high-pressure gas lines, the main and backup, as well as a bypass line, connected to the gas supply line to the AGDS through the switching unit, has an additional high-pressure line. This line connects the outlet from the heating unit of the main or backup line with the inlet to the gas gearbox of the bypass line by means of an additional three-way electric shut-off and distribution valve. The outlet from the gas gearbox of the bypass line is connected to the low-pressure line connected to the gas outlet line to the consumer. One of the high-pressure lines is operating in normal mode. In an emergency, for example, in the event of an emergency failure of the AGDS systems, the bypass line is activated by means of a switching unit. The bypass line, equipped with a filter and a gas gearbox, does not have its own gas heater, so there is a possibility of the formation of hydrates in it, despite the regulated short duration of its operation. To eliminate this possibility, in the event of a failure of the AGDS systems located after the gas treatment module, first of all, the failure of the reduction module, the bypass line is switched on through an additional high-pressure line with the supply of heated gas.
EFFECT: introduction of this line increases the reliability of the operation of the AGDS as a whole.
