FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: two versions of complex are proposed: the first consists of gas preparation module including a switching unit with high-pressure switching, distributing and low pressure switching units, a gas cleaning unit, a heater with gas heating units and hot air generator, a gas odorization unit, an autonomous power supply unit, a unit for preparing and accounting pulse and fuel gas, heating and ventilation system, and includes at least one module with reducing and commercial accounting units. In the second version, the heater is equipped with a heat carrier generator. In operation, the high-pressure gas is cleaned, heated with hot air (version 1) or by a circulating heat carrier ( version 2), a small portion of gas is supplied to own needs to the autonomous power supply unit, unit for preparing and accounting pulse and fuel gas and pneumatic drives of dynamic equipment and shutoff and control valves, and the main part after reduction and commercial accounting after odorization is sent to consumer. Fuel, air and condensate are supplied to hot air generator (version 1), and hot air after its heating is directed into heating and ventilation system. In version 2 exhaust gases are discharged from heat carrier generator.
EFFECT: provided autonomous operation of the complex, possibility for feeding gas to several consumers, possibility for changing efficiency in the range which exceeds the operational ranges of reduction unit, reduced metal capacity and reduced power consumption.
