FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to diagnose fetal hypoxia in case of doubtful variants of cardiotocograms. In case of doubtful variants of cardiotocograms, a 3-fold repeated recording of the cardiotocogram is carried out within 60 minutes when the pregnant woman is breathing for 10–15 seconds at an interval of 5 minutes. In the absence of a change in the fetal heart rate, with a decrease in the fetal heart rate by no more than 10 beats/min, followed by restoration of the heartbeat to the initial rhythm, when the frequency of fetal heart rate increases by 15 and more bpm, normal fetal status is determined. If the fetal heart rate decreases by more than 10 bpm and the bradycardia persists or appears after respiration is restored, hypoxia of the fetus is determined.
EFFECT: method allows simple, accessible, easy interpretation of fetal hypoxia, can be used in hospitals of any level, at any time of the day due to a sample with a delay in breathing and its optimal evaluation in case of doubtful variants of cardiotocograms.
