SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention is a method for genetic certification of raspberry selection achievements based on RAPD markers. Claimed method consists in amplifying DNA isolated from the sample to be analyzed using a set of 13 RAPD primers and identifying specific to this variety.
EFFECT: claimed method allows to identify raspberry varieties on the basis of DNA technologies.
