FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: selected seeds are germinated, and then DNA is extracted from mixture of plant elements of each genotype. Further primers are selected and synthesised for polymerase chain reaction, and DNA amplification is carried out by the following set of microsatellite loci - SATT 1, SATT 2, SATT 5, SATT 9, SOYPR 1, SOYGY 2, SAT 1, SAT 36, SOYHSP 176 alternately with each primer at certain temperatures of annealing. Products of amplification are separated into fractions by electrophoresis, and their visualisation is carried out in beams of ultraviolet light. With the help of marker length of amplified fragments of breed DNA is identified, and profile (set of alleles) inherent in breed is selected by all stated loci as marker for identification of breed.

EFFECT: possibility to clearly identify soya breeds.
