FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemistry of high-molecular compounds, specifically to polyimide binders for heat-resistant composite materials and a binder based on it. Polyimide binder for heat-resistant composite materials obtained from a mixture of acid esters of benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid, endic acid and diaminodiphenylmethane in the solvent and stabilizer in the following ratio, wt. %: Quaternary ammonium salt 45–80, stabilizer 2–3, the solvent is the rest. In this case, as the solvent, use is made of alcohols selected from ethyl alcohol, or n-propyl alcohol, or a mixture of ethyl and butyl alcohols, and dimethylacetamide is used as a stabilizer. Mixture of acid esters of benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid, endic acid and diaminodiphenylmethane is taken in a molar ratio of 3:1.5:3.75.
EFFECT: technical result – increased shelf life of the product obtained from a mixture of acid esters of benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid, endic acid and diaminodiphenylmethane in a solvent and a stabilizer, up to 3 months, ensuring the physico-mechanical properties of fiberglass, obtained using polyimide binder, surpassing the closest analogues.
