SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanobiotechnology and can be used in the design of nanofibrous films, membranes, substrates, filters. Method for producing a film of nanofibres is that a potential difference is created between the metal capillary and the metal electrode disposed opposite to it, there is a plate with an aperture between them. Solution of the polymer through the capillary is supplied to the space between the capillary and the plate, and solvent vapor is supplied to the space between the electrode and the plate. In this case, a flat electrode is used as the electrode, and a solvent is used as the solvent supplied to the space between the electrode and the plate, in which the polymer is poorly soluble.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain films of large size (of the order of 100 cm2) and thickness up to 1 mm.
