SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to powders for delivery to the oral cavity of the consumer, as well as to a method for producing such a powder, a cartridge for an inhaler device and an inhaler device. Powder for delivering a stimulant selected from nicotine, caffeine, theophylline or theobromine to the oral cavity contains at least two aggregates of particles, in which the first aggregate/population of particles that are at least 7 mcm in size contains the stimulator and the second aggregate particles that have a size of at least 7 mcm, contains flavouring. Method of obtaining powder for delivery to the oral cavity of the consumer includes separately obtaining the first set of particles containing the stimulant, and the second set of particles containing the flavouring. Inhaler device and a cartridge for the inhaler device are also described, which contain the above powder for delivery to the oral cavity of the consumer.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the possibility of different perceptions of sensations in the oral cavity at the consumer, namely, the magnitude, rate of occurrence and duration of sensations at the consumer, which are provided by different average sizes of the aggregate particles.
