SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the two versions of the device for producing olefin hydrocarbons by dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons C3-C5 in a fluidized bed of fine chromia-alumina catalyst circulating in the reactor-regenerator, comprising a node of preparating raw materials by mixing fresh and recicled flow of paraffin hydrocarbons in a liquid form, the vaporizer of the feedstock and the heater (heat exchanger for heating) of the obtained vapours of the feedstock heated by the water vapour, a vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger installed on the pipeline of contact dehydrogenation gas for heating vapour of the feedstock by the heat of contact gas when feeding the heated vapours of the feedstock to the intertube space of the heat exchanger countercurrent to contact gas supplied to the tubular space, which also includes a furnace for overheating the vapours of the feedstock before feeding them to the reactor for dehydrogenation. One of the device versions is characterized by the fact that on the contact gas pipeline there is an additional shell-and-tube heat exchanger installed with the formation of the system of the two steps of heating the vapours of the feedstock with consistent feeding the vapours of the feedstock to the intertube space of the heat exchangers. In this case, the device is provided with a pipeline, the pipeline is connected to the heat exchanger shell of the second high-temperature stage of heating the vapours of the feedstock for feeding a part of the feedstock in a liquid form to the intertube space of the heat exchanger.

EFFECT: increase in capacity of dehydrogenation plants of hydrocarbons C3-C5 and reducing the costs in production.
