FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used when sinking underground mines of any section and is used in the rocks of any hardness. This method is characterized by the fact that, as the contour bore-holes, two rows of bore-holes closest to the perimeter of the production are chosen, before starting the charging, the charging hose is manually pulled through the outlet of the charging hose. After reaching the bottom of the hole, it is clamped into the rollers of the charging hose retainer and pulled out of the hole with the simultaneous supply of explosive with a programmed flow rate. Further, the ratio of the cross-sectional area S of the contour hole to the area S1 of the cross section of the charge for a row of contour bore-holes closest to the perimeter of the production is no greater than two, and for the second row the ratio of the cross-sectional area S of the contour hole to the cross-sectional area S2 of the charges of the contour holes is no greater than 1.3. Further, the retainer of the charging hose is characterized by the fact that the rollers are made in the form of pneumatic wheels mounted on the axles using hubs to form a contact surface in the gap between the pairs of driving and driven rollers, placed in a metal body consisting of two articulated parts arranged with a gap relative to each other, connected by a hydraulic cylinder. On the lower part of the body, a hose guide is fixed in the form of a tube in the front part and an additional roller in the back. And a hydraulic system is installed in the upper part of the body and consists of a hydraulic motor connected by a belt drive with driving rollers and a hydraulic cylinder, hydraulically connected via a proportional valve and a hydraulic distributor, controlled by a controller, to the hydraulic system of the underground mixing and charging machine with a quick-release coupling. Also, a diverter is rigidly fixed on the basket of the underground mixing and charging machine. Said diverter’s body is made of stainless steel and equipped with a chain for additional fixation of the diverter.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the speed of mining operations.
