SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nicotine solution, containers containing a nicotine solution, and electronic vapor production systems, such as electronic nicotine delivery systems (e. g. electronic cigarettes) comprising said solution. Said nicotine solution contains a carrier; nicotine in unprotonated form and in protonated form and one or more acids where at least benzoic acid is present; and where the total content of the acid present in the solution does not exceed 0.6 molar equivalents calculated using nicotine content. Further, the packaged nicotine solution comprises a container and a nicotine solution containing a carrier; nicotine in unprotonated form and in protonated form and one or more acids where at least benzoic acid is present; and where the total amount of the acid, present in the solution does not exceed 0.6 molar equivalents calculated using nicotine content. In the method, the electronic vapor delivery system comprises an evaporator designed to vaporize the liquid for inhalation by the user of electronic vapor delivery system; a source power, comprising an electric power supply member or battery for supplying power to the evaporator, a nicotine solution containing a carrier; nicotine in unprotonated form and in protonated form; and one or more acids where at least benzoic acid is present; and where the total content of the acid present in the solution does not exceed 0.6 molar equivalents calculated using nicotine content.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to provide preferred flavor-aromatic sensations.
