FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering. Said lighting device comprises light emitter (110) thermally connected to heat sink (120). Further, the lighting device comprises communication circuit (130) connected to heat sink (120, 122) for transmitting and / or receiving a communication signal. Heat sink (120, 122) is electrically conductive and comprises opening (151, 161, 171) having the appropriate dimensions to form aperture antenna (150, 160, 170) for a specific frequency, for directional transmission and / or reception of a particular frequency communication signal through heat sink (120, 122). Coupling circuit (130) is connected to primary radiator (140, 144) at least partially surrounded by heat sink (120, 122) and transmits or receives a communication signal at a specific frequency for inducing in aperture antenna (150, 160, 170) an electric field, which is a communication signal. Said electric field across the opening induces this opening to re-directional emission of this communication signal in accordance with the emission characteristics of aperture antenna (150). Outer rim (155, 165, 175) of opening (151, 161, 171) of aperture antenna (150, 160, 170) has a size equal to N×λ/ 4, where N is an integer, and λ - the wavelength of the communication signal of a particular frequency.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of communication.
