FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used for technological operations of assembly of magnetic suspensions of centrifugal blowers of gas pumping units. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the necessary gaps between the sensor unit and the measuring sleeve of the rotor shaft are obtained by moving the magnetic suspension sensor unit in radial directions with the help of four sensors of adjustment elements (two upper, two lower) temporarily located on the body of the unit, located in the sensor measurement axes and in diametrically opposite directions, consisting of corners with push-up bolts, having a conical shape at the beginning of the thread, with a pre-tension of the adjusting elements being provided for a more precise setting of the gaps.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the vibration of the rotor shaft, ensuring a specified accuracy of the gaps and reducing the time for adjusting the gaps.
