Connecting device for connecting a medical hose line with a medical fluid transfer device, wherein the hose line having a plug part having a first fluid channel. Fluid transfer device has a coupling part with a second liquid conduit. To create a passage for a medical fluid, which connects fluid channels to each other, the plug part can be connected to the coupling part. First passive transponder, comprising identification data for the hose line written therein, is integrated into the plug part. Second passive transponder, comprising identification data for the fluid transfer device written therein, is integrated into the coupling part. Distance between the first transponder and the second transponder is less than a predetermined limit value which is selected such that, in the position where the plug part is inserted into the coupling part, a reading/writing device can communicate with both transponders via single antenna. Fluid transfer device is a cartridge inserted into an injection device having a plurality of connected inputs for supplying medical fluids and a plurality of fluid channels and valves, and also the connected output of the cartridge formed by the coupling part. Based on the data read before the injection of the injected fluid from the memory of the first transponder and/or the second transponder by the reading/writing device, it is determined whether the injection of the injected fluid was performed earlier using the hose line or fluid transfer device, and if so, when it was performed for the first time, and at the actual moment, the supply begins only if the time interval between the actual moment and the read time of the first use does not exceed a preset limit value.
