FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to sheet stamping and can be used for the manufacture of stamped parts. In the manufacture of stamps beforehand, the surface areas of the working element of the stamp, from which scratches are formed on the semifinished product after the stamping operation and teasers and on which sags from the material of the sheet are formed, are tiled with bronze tiles or sprayed with bronze powder.
EFFECT: quality of the front surfaces of the parts is improved by eliminating scuffs and scratches and sagging on the surface of the working elements of the stamp.
