SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used to influence the stagnant zone of strata intervals. The method comprises multiple creation of pulse of terrastatic pressure by injecting working fluid with predetermined parameters in the injection wellbore, the implementation of registering and control of wellbore parameters or time during the process of operation of the injection wellbore. At that the registration and control of wellbore parameters or time is carried out by controller or computer. The injection of the working fluid is carried out with the ability to maintain the terrastatic pressure at a given stable level of daily or monthly injection volumes. Periodic change of mode of injection of the working fluid in the injection wellbore is carried out by the control signal from the process controller or computer to the drive of the locking-bypass device at mismatch of the wellbore parameters with the given wellbore parameters or with the given time intervals, changing the pressure and/or volume of injection.
EFFECT: increase of the intensity of drainage and mining of oil deposit, as well as reduction of irrationally used (inefficient) injection volumes to maintain the terrastatic pressure.
