SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Anterior leaflet of tricuspid valve is cut off and separated from endocardium of right ventricle, chords of second and third order are cut off, leaving only edge chords; atrialized part of the right ventricle and the fibrous ring of the tricuspid valve are pliced. From autopericardium patch cut in the form of non-isosceles triangle. Triangular patch base corresponds to the length of fibrous ring of tricuspid valve in the area of the septal and posterior cusps, the height of triangular patch corresponds to distance from true fibrous ring of tricuspid valve in the region of coronary sinus to the point of attachment of rudimentary chords in the region of the rear septal commissure to the ventricular endocardium. Fibrous remnants of septal and posterior cusps are cut and separated from the endocardium of the right ventricle. Large side of triangular patch is stitched with fibrous remnants of septal and posterior cusps. Front flap and flap, hemmed to remnants of septal and posterior flaps, rotate. Smaller side of triangular patch is stitched to the front flap, forming a cone. Formed cone is fixed to the true fibrous ring of tricuspid valve, while the base of triangular patch is fixed to the true fibrous ring of the tricuspid valve in the area of the projection of the septal and posterior cusps.

EFFECT: method allows plastic correction within type D Ebstein anomalies, patch shape allows to replace the absolute deficit of the septal and posterior cusps in a better way as well as anterior cusp to be co-axed with stitched flap.
