FIELD: turbines or turbomachines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite ring housing of a turbomachine. Technical result is achieved in a composite ring casing (28) of a turbomachine (2), in particular a low pressure compressor (4), which comprises a wall (34) having a generally circular shape or arcuate shape, a mounting flange (30) extending radially from one side of the wall (34) and forming an edge (76) together with said wall, a main fibrous reinforcement (38) extending in a continuous manner along the wall and the flange and forming an angled portion and rounded in the area of the edge. In this case, the main fibrous reinforcing element (38) comprises a preform (40) made of several interlayers (46). Each interlayer (46) comprises woven fibers and extends along the entire wall (34) and the entire flange (30) and an auxiliary fibrous reinforcing element (56) extending along the edge (76), a binder. In this case, the auxiliary reinforcing element (56) comprises an inner layer (58) extending along the edge (76), thus occupying the volume between the edge and the corner portion of the main reinforcing element (38). Inner layer of the auxiliary reinforcing element (56) comprises fibers (60) extending radially from the edge (76) to the main reinforcing element (38) and having the same nature as the fibers of the woven interlayers (46) of the main reinforcing element (38).
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the local strength of the casing in the weakened places.
