SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for facial massage. Facial massage device comprises a massage head, comprising: bearing element, at least one working head, control means and drive module. Bearing element, having an annular shape, is adapted to be placed against the face and forms a bearing ring defining, on one hand, a bearing surface which is part of a bearing plane, and on the hand, a working area located within the bearing ring. At least one working head is located inside the bearing ring in the working zone and has a working surface protruding beyond the bearing plane. Control means provide enable rotational movement of each working head around at least one axis of rotation offset from the centre of the corresponding working surface. Drive module, on which the massage head is installed, comprises an electric motor for actuating drive means adapted to transmit movement from the electric motor to the control means. Working surface constantly protrudes beyond the bearing plane to height (H) corresponding to the height between the top point of the working surface and bearing plane (P).

EFFECT: invention enables to massage difficult-to-reach areas that have a small radius of curvature, in particular, the face.
