FIELD: physiotherapeutic procedures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical means for carrying out physiotherapeutic procedures and/or domestic massage, spa treatments, sports massage. It can be used for local massage using a massage suit and physiotherapy. The massage device for a body consists of mobile and motionless parts. The movable part is made in the form of a hollow massage drum with bases on which massage axes are attached, forming rows of massage elements mounted for rotation. The fixed part is made in the form of a housing with an end cap and a rear wall. The end cover contains a cavity for accommodating a radial bearing with an eccentric, in which the shaft of the massage drum is installed on the rolling bearing. A handle is installed in the back wall with a button. A cable-inlet is installed in the cap of the handle and the cable is pulled through. A baffle is installed inside the housing with an electric motor housing fixed by means of a nut, with a drum radial bearing and with a spacer sleeve. An electric motor is installed in the electric motor housing. A bearing and cam half-couplings are installed in series on the output shaft of the electric motor. The electric motor is located in the handle cavity.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and power of the device is achieved, while at the same time providing the possibility of more accurate dosing of the load on the massage area, reducing the level of acoustic noise and simplifying the device as a whole.
