FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hose clamp that varies in diameter, which consists of clamping strap (10), the ends of which overlap in the closed state of the hose clamp. On the inner end portion there is a reed (11), the width of which is reduced compared to the maximum width of the clamping strip (10), as well as hooks (12, 13) for closing the hose clamp. At the outer end section there are holes (18) for hooking hooks (12, 13), eye-shaped tensioner (17) for tightening the hose clamp around the object to be fastened and band bow (16) for inserting the reed (11). Band bow (16) is formed from the clamping strip (10) by means of longitudinal cuts (14) with the simultaneous formation of the side bridges of the strip (15). Number of holes (18) exceeds the number of hooks (12, 13). On the clamping strip (10), with the exception of the tensioner (17), there are no projections. Reed length (11) is shorter than the difference between the lengths of the circumference of the hose clamp in the untightened and tightened states.

EFFECT: invention provides a seal across almost the entire width of the clamping strip.
