SUBSTANCE: diffuser comprises plastic deflector containing air inlet end, air outlet end and outwardly expanding wall extending between air inlet end and air outlet end and defines scattering air chamber. Plurality of circumferentially distributed welding fins extend upward from air outlet end. Plastic grille contains plurality of air outlets and annular shelf to which fins for welding deflector are welded by ultrasonic welding.

EFFECT: diffuser is proposed.
