FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal separator constructions and is intended for cleaning technical gases / air from drip-aerosol liquid and mechanical solid-state contaminants in the field of centrifugal forces both at high and low gas / air factors. Centrifugal gas-liquid separator contains a vertical cylindrical body with upper and lower bottoms, inlet, outlet and drain nozzles. Body is rigidly fixed with a baffle guide and a vertical tangential-blade vortex. Suppressing device for the upstream flow is rigidly fixed to the swirler in the bottom. Anti-swirl is attached to the suppressing device in the bottom. Anti-swirl is made in the form of crisscrossed vertical plates, and above the swirler there is a lower plate with a confuser, where above is placed the upper plate with a diffuser. Confuser and diffuser are made cylindrical or conical and are placed coaxially with a swirler with an annular gap to each other. Bottom end of the confuser is located below the lower plate. In the space between the plates on the lower plate, at least one lower cheek is fixed.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of separation and eliminating the secondary entrainment of aerosol liquid.
