FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely, to an injection device. Apparatus comprises housing (2), with central longitudinal axis (50). Apparatus is configured to rotate and remain stationary in the direction of central longitudinal axis (50) in dosing mechanism (18, 138) retained in housing (2). Metering mechanism is connected to injection sleeve (17, 97, 107, 127, 137) by means of first threaded connection (19), which is not rotatable relative to housing (2) and movable in the direction of central longitudinal axis (50). Injection device (1, 121, 131) has control element (6) which is rotatable when adjusting the squeezed amount of the injected liquid. Metering mechanism (18, 138) is pivotable with respect to body (2) in the first direction of rotation during adjustment of the squeezed amount of the injected liquid, and injection sleeve (17, 97, 107, 127, 137) is movable in distal direction (30) by means of first threaded joint (19). Metering mechanism (18, 138) is pivotable with respect to body (2) in the second direction of rotation, opposite to the first direction of rotation, during extrusion of a predetermined amount of the injected liquid. Injection sleeve (17, 97, 107, 127, 137) is movable in proximal direction (31) by means of first threaded connection (19), with metering piston (11) for squeezing the injected liquid from reservoir (5). Metering piston (11) is connected to metering mechanism (18, 138) by means of second threaded joint (22). During adjustment of the squeezed amount of injected liquid, metering piston (11) is connected without the possibility of relative rotation with metering mechanism (18, 138) and rotates together with metering mechanism (18, 138). During extrusion of a predetermined amount of the injected liquid, metering piston (11) is connected without the possibility of relative rotation with injection sleeve (17, 97, 107, 127, 137) and is movable in proximal direction (31) by means of second threaded joint (22), and with fixing device (35, 125, 135), which operates when adjusting the amount of liquid injected from reservoir (5). Locking device (35, 125, 135) operates between two parts of injection device (1, 121, 131), which are arranged to move relative to each other when adjusting the squeezed amount of injected liquid. Each mutual position of both parts with respect to each other uniquely corresponds to a certain predetermined amount of the injected liquid.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of creating an injection device with several fixation positions located at different distances.
