FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically injection devices. Injection device comprises body (2) and dispenser (18) made with possibility of rotation and rigidly retained in body (2) against movement in the direction of the longitudinal central axis (50). Dispenser (18) is connected by means of first threaded connection (19) with injection sleeve (17) held with no possibility of rotation relative to housing (2) and with possibility of movement in direction of longitudinal central axis (50). If the dose of the injection liquid is to be squeezed, dispenser (18) can rotate relative to body (2) and injection sleeve (17) can be moved under the first threaded connection in distal direction (30). When squeezing the prescribed dose of the injection fluid, injection sleeve (17) is moved in proximal direction (31) and dispenser (18) rotates in the opposite direction under the action of the first threaded joint (19). In order to enable automatic injection, spring (9) is provided in injection device (1, 101), which by its first end (70) rests against injection sleeve (17), and by second end (71) – in body (2), which is configured to – when squeezing injection fluid – movement in proximal direction (31) and thereby extruding a predetermined dose of the injection liquid.
EFFECT: autoinjector with dispenser is proposed.
