FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology, namely to measuring transducers with the frequency form of output signals. Differential measuring transducer contains two frequency-signal generators with frequency-selective elements whose outputs are connected to the inputs of the difference frequency signal generator, the generator of signals of the total frequency whose inputs are connected to the outputs of the frequency signal generators, while the outputs of the signal generators of the difference and total frequencies are outputs of the device.
EFFECT: achieved by the technical result of the claimed transmitter is the use of an additional unit for the diagnosis of frequency-setting elements, by analyzing the signal level from its output, the correctness of the operation of the frequency-setting elements forming the differential pair is evaluated.
