FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to coloproctology, and can be used to treat anal fistulas. For this purpose carry out excision of the fistula within healthy tissue and carry out the open management of postoperative wounds. Immediately after excision of the fistula, platelet-rich autoplasma (PTA) is introduced into the walls and bottom of the wound. PTA injection is carried out by means of the mesh with a pitch of 3 mm, 0.1 ml per injection in the anal canal and with a pitch of 5 mm on the perianal skin to a depth of 2–3 mm. Then, spreading the wound edges with a rectal speculum, a film of PTA is placed on the wound bottom, and PTA in a volume of 1.5 ml is introduced into the internal sphincter under the wound to a depth of 7–8 mm.
EFFECT: method provides a reduction in terms of treatment and reduction of pain in the postoperative period due to the acceleration of reparative processes.
