SUBSTANCE: Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy is performed at 3, 7, 11 hours of the conventional dial, intraoperative impact on postoperative pain syndrome and wound healing. After performing hemorrhoidectomy, 0.75 ml of platelet-rich autoplasma is injected under the stump of each removed hemorrhoid, distributing it evenly in the thickness of the tissues from the perianal skin under the postoperative wound along the entire length as the needle exits. Afterwards, botulinum toxin type A is injected into the thickness of the tissues of the internal sphincter to a depth of 5 to 7 mm from the perianal skin at the sites at 5, 9, 1 hours of the conditional dial in the projection of the left mucocutaneous bridges between the remote nodes at an equidistant distance between the stumps of the nodes, botulinum toxin type A, 7 units in women and 8 units in men, in each of the sites, on each of the postoperative wounds at 3, 7, 11 hours of the conventional dial, a film of platelet-rich autoplasma is applied.

EFFECT: method allows to significantly optimize the rehabilitation of patients by reducing the duration of treatment and reducing pain in the postoperative period.
