FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for measuring wheelsets of rail vehicles. Device (1) for measuring wheel pairs (2) of a rail vehicle is designed to monitor wheel pairs (2) of a rail vehicle, when installed in a rail vehicle, with respect to operational safety and the maintenance of marginal operational dimensions. Device (1) for measuring wheel pairs includes two separate from each other with the possibility of separate from each other movement on the floor of block (7, 8) of device, each made with the possibility of lateral movement to wheel pair (2) and installation in the upstream position.
EFFECT: as a result, the reliability of wheelset monitoring increases.
