FIELD: vehicles repair and maintenance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of repair and maintenance of rail vehicles. The stand for vibration diagnostics of axlebox units of wheelsets of rolling stock contains a base recessed relative to the technological rail track, supports for axleboxes placed on it, drive grips for fixing the axleboxes, a positioning platform installed with the possibility of vertical movement with a section of the rail track corresponding to a break in the technological rail track, a means of rotation a pair of wheels in the form of rollers associated with the drive of their rotation and movement, vibration transducers associated with a measuring device, and a drive control unit. The stand is equipped with a device for centering the wheelset relative to the longitudinal axis of the rail track of the stand during rolling, made in the form of guides placed on the positioning platform, and a group of non-contact sensors, including sensors for the presence of axle boxes on the supports and sensors for the extreme positions of the positioning platform, grips and rollers of the rotation means, while all sensors are connected to the drive control unit.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the stand operation and increased reliability of diagnostic results.
