SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic industry and is a cosmetic composition for treating lips in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion containing from 15 to 55 wt %, based on the weight of the composition, an aqueous phase containing one or more moisturisers or humectants selected from polyhydric alcohols, preferably C2-C8, containing from 2 to 6 hydroxyl radicals, hyaluronic acid and its salts, and their mixtures, from 30 to 85 wt %, based on the weight of the composition, lipophilic phase, containing from 1 to 20 wt %, based on the weight of the composition, at least one polar non-volatile hydrocarbon primary oil selected from non-volatile ester oils selected from monoesters containing at least 18 carbon atoms, triglycerides of fatty acids containing from 7 to 40 carbon atoms, which are liquid at room temperature, and hydrocarbon vegetable oils, and mixtures thereof, from 8 to 30 wt %, based on the weight of the composition, of at least one volatile or non-volatile hydrocarbon or silicone non-polar oil, wherein the composition contains at least one phenyl silicone oil, optionally containing dimethicone moiety/moeties, from 0.15 to 20 wt %, based on the weight of the composition, at least one solid with a melting point of at least 30 °C, selected from polar or non-polar hydrocarbon compounds, waxes and pasty substances, not more than 20 wt % of a lipophilic phase consisting of a non-polar hydrocarbon synthetic compound, at least one emulsifying surfactant system for producing a water-in-oil emulsion.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of the suppleness of the lips when applied, has minimal fat and stickiness and the moisturising sensation remains even several days after stopping its application.
