SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry and represents a cosmetic composition for skin care and/or make-up including a physiologically acceptable medium containing at least one staining agent and at least one compound being a jasmine acid derivative, representing a compound of formula I, where R1 denotes radical COOR3 with R3 meaning a hydrogen atom or C1-C4-alkyl radical, optionally substituted by one or more hydroxyl groups, R2 denotes a hydrocarbon radical, saturated or unsaturated, and linear with 1-18 carbon atoms, or branched or cyclic with 3-18 carbon atoms; as well as corresponding optical isomers and salts, where the above specified composition has the shape of water in oil emulsion containing an aqueous phase dispersed in a fat phase, wherein the above aqueous phase makes 40-55%, in particular, 42-52 %, and preferably 44-50 mass percents with respect to the total weight of the specified composition.
EFFECT: invention ensures stable production of jasmine acid derivatives emulsions.
