SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a liquid cosmetic composition for makeup and/or skin care and/or lip care, containing, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least one fatty phase containing at least one oil, preferably non-volatile, at least hydrophobic particles of an aerogel based on silicon dioxide, at least one semi-crystalline polymer represented by alkyl(meth) acrylate or alkyl(meth)acrylamide homopolymers with an alkyl group, such as C₁₄-C₂₄ alkyl group, copolymers of these monomers with a hydrophilic monomer differing from (meth)acrylic acid, such as N-vinylpyrrolidone or hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylate, or mixtures thereof, said composition contains less than 5 wt % of water relative to the total composition weight.
