SUBSTANCE: invention represents the cosmetic composition for the make-up and/or skin care and/or lips care, which comprises at a minimum one fat phase in the physiologically acceptable environment. This fat phase has at a minimum one oil, which is under a vapour pressure at room temperature and atmospheric pressure that is nonzero and less than 0.02 mmHg (2.66 Pa). The composition also has at a minimum aerogel hydrophobic particles of the silicon dioxide, at a minimum one indene hydrocarbon resin, and the noted composition comprises less than 5 vol. % of water in relation to the composition total mass.

EFFECT: fastness, good application properties, acceptable shine, absence of unctuosity, feeling of pastiness or dryness, and also allows minimal migration or non-migration and shows minimal adhesion.
