FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant (1000) for removing fluids and solids from a mixture of materials having a form of a spec, made with reservoir (21), that forms annular process space (23) with several cells separated from each other by walls (25), including inlet cell (201), intermediate cells and outlet cell (202), loading device (1), discharge device (3) for removing the processed mixture from outlet cell (202) of process space (23), fan device (7) for supplying the first fluidizing means in the form of superheated steam from below into process space (23) through blown bottom (24) to form fluidized bed (2), heating device (6) for preparing the first fluidizing agent in front of fan device (7), swirler (29) for conditioning the flow directed to heating device (6) and to steam discharge valve (5). To facilitate the transport of the mixture from inlet cell (201) to outlet cell (202) and/or the vortex motion of the mixture in process space (23), blown bottom (24) has the first irregularities, second fluidizing means in the form of superheated steam supplied parallel to blown bottom (24) by means of the first nozzles in inlet cell (201). And/or the first flow guide components are provided on top of blown bottom (24) and/or the second flow guide components on the bottom of blown bottom (24). Loading device (1) for the mixture is connected to reservoir (21) in the area of inlet cell (201) and delivers the mixture to inlet cell (201) loosened by mechanical transport by means of mechanically operating blades, primarily a screw conveyor, and/or preheated, and/or by means of pneumatic transportation by feeding with a third fluidizing agent in the form of superheated steam by injecting steam into a screw conveyor.

EFFECT: invention should prevent clumping of the materials being dried.
