SUBSTANCE: device, in body with dimensions of furniture element, comprises section of pulp making designed to produce pulp from used paper by soaking and battering of used paper, section of paper making designed to produce recycled paper on the basis of pulp from used paper made in pulp making section, and control section designed to actuate and control section of pulp making and section of paper making. Pulp making section comprises a unit of soaking designed to soak used paper by mixing and grinding and a battering unit designed to batter used paper soaked in soaking unit. Battering unit comprises at least one battering facility, and this battering facility comprises multiple battering elements arranged opposite each other with a small battering gap and moving relative to each other, besides, sides of these battering elements arranged opposite to each other interact to form a surface of battering action, and used paper passing through specified battering gap is pressed and battered with specified surface. Paints that form symbols and images on used paper are rubbed.
EFFECT: invention provides for environmental safety, reduced cost of operation and high level of confidentiality.
