SUBSTANCE: invention relates to seawater desalination technology. Preferred area of use is sea vessels and ships, in particular, underwater man-made boats and submarines. Combined wind desalination plant contains the reverse osmosis membrane module, the pump that supplies salt or polluted water to the reverse osmosis membrane module, the wind-electric generator that converts the energy of wind flow into electrical energy, the unit of thermal utilization of the concentrate, which performs the function of evaporation of the brine formed during the operation of the reverse osmosis module, the desalinated water storage unit, the brine storage unit, the pulsed ultraviolet disinfection unit, the electric converter that matches the voltage at the pump and thermal utilization of the concentrate with the output of the wind turbine, the automated control system that controls the power of the wind turbine, pump, control of pressure and flow rate of the membrane module, the level of the liquid in brine and desalinated water storage tanks, limiting the current, which is consumed by the pump, and the connection of the unit of thermal utilization of the concentrate when the power of the wind power generator exceeds the estimated power required to achieve a safe pressure in the reverse osmosis unit.

EFFECT: installation significantly reduced the volume of wastewater generated by the desalination plant, and increased the degree of beneficial use of wind flow energy.
