FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: multi-pass valve comprises an upper valve body, a lower valve body and a rotary valve core. Rotary valve core comprises a valve core body in the form of a rod and a protruding portion, which protrudes radially from the valve core body. Rotary valve core is provided with a conduit guiding the oil, one end of which extends through the protruding portion toward the upper end of the lower valve body to form an oil inlet therein, and the other end passes through the lower end of the valve core body to form an oil outlet therein. Lower valve body is provided with a plurality of oil inlet ports and a measuring channel, wherein a plurality of oil inlet ports extend through the lower and upper ends of the lower valve body to form inlet ports and oil outlets therein, respectively. Outlet for the oil of the oil inlet port is disposed on a circumference having a radius value from the oil inlet of the channel guiding the oil, up to its axis, with the center of the circle being the axis of the valve core body, so that when the valve core body rotates, the oil guide channel, it is made with the possibility of docking with any of the inlet channels for oil. One end of the measuring channel extends through the lower end of the lower valve body to form a measuring opening thereof, and the other end communicates with the oil outlet of the channel guiding the oil. Upper valve body and the lower valve body are respectively provided with a coaxial upper mounting hole and a lower mounting hole. Upper end of the valve core body passes through and leaves the upper mounting hole, and its lower end is located in the lower mounting hole. Valve core body located below the upper valve body is formed with a first step surface facing the upper valve body. Adjusting nut located below the valve core body is installed in the lower mounting hole, the adjusting nut being connected by thread to the wall of the opening of the lower mounting hole. Valve core body is configured to move up and down when adjusted with an adjusting nut, to adjust the axial clearance between the first stepped surface and the upper valve body. Also, the invention discloses a multi-pass valve assembly.
EFFECT: valve core body is configured to move up and down when adjusted by an adjusting nut.
