SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas separation by pressure swing adsorption. Rotary valve comprises: a valve body provided with a first group of flow channels, a second group of flow channels and a third group of flow channels, openings of the first group of flow channels, the second group of flow channels and the third group of flow channels are located on the surface of the valve body; and a valve sleeve coaxially inserted tightly outside the valve body, and the valve sleeve is uniformly opened by a plurality of through holes, and the inner end of each through hole is made with a vertical groove extending up and down the inner wall of the valve sleeve, the vertical groove is divided into three sections in the vertical direction, which are interconnected with the holes of the first group of flow channels, the second group of flow channels and the third group of flow channels, respectively, first group of flow channels is in working condition, switching valve is provided in through hole, and the switching valve switches one group of the second group of flow channels and the third group of flow channels to the operating state.

EFFECT: invention also discloses a pressure swing adsorption device and a method of extracting a component with weaker adsorption capacity from a gas mixture using a pressure swing adsorption device.
