SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a roll restrictor for a motor vehicle. Powertrain roll restrictor (100) comprises bracket (110), link arm (120) and one or more resilient elements (130) provided between bracket and end (120a) of the link arm. Said end of the link arm is installed in recess (112) formed by bracket. Said link arm is designed to be connected to the powertrain. Said bracket is adapted to be connected to sub-frame (140) of the vehicle and is arranged to be located in sub-frame pocket (142). Said powertrain roll restrictor is provided as a single unit so that the powertrain roll restrictor is installed into the sub-frame pocket as a single unit.
EFFECT: simplified design of the device is provided.
